Turned on my woefully inadequate high beams. Now I remember why I was looking into building my own harness for my headlights and fog lights.

^^^ Decent...
Not fancy or flashy, but a clean, solid looking car. I'd drive it...
It has the same mileage as mine, but less rust and... apparent... wear.

Re: What did you do to your panther today?
My Grand Marquis ignition key broke this afternoon; the loop where it attaches to the key ring cracked open, and it couldn't attach to the key ring any more.
So, I found the broken piece, and glued it back together with Super Glue, making a closed loop on the key again. But, I didn't trust the glued bit... so I reinforced the repair with a bit of steel wire, embedded in Epoxy over the loop on the key.
Bingo.

Yikes!
Talk about a taper...
(And, I assume that there WAS an outside pad there before you took the caliper apart...)

Re: What did you do to your panther today?
Of course. But I wouldn't assume much on a $500 car.

Re: What did you do to your panther today?
Balanced the wheels again. Three out of the four were whacked the fck out, and I just balanced them like two weeks ago.
Washed it on the way home.
