I have been on a Linkin Park binge lately. Can't get enough of it.

I couldn't figure out why the hell I was hearing Toto's Africa on the current Alt Rock stations I normally listen too. Its not unusual for them to play a song like that once a week maybe, but I was hearing it daily and on more than one station. Then it came on while I was in the car and had RDS which showed it was Weezer.... Yep, they did an almost perfect cover of a song that's probably older than a lot of weezer fans. Apparently it was an internet thing that got enough steam that the band took notice and was like "sure, why not?" and recorded it, and to top it off, Weird Al is in the music video.

Last Saturday, one of our grandsons was in the cast in Mamma Mia!, their High School's "Autumn Musical Play" and it filled my head with ABBA tunes.
Being a Freshman, he was cast in a background role, but it gave him a chance to nuzzle up with the gals. Of course, these doting grandparents attended the show... and it was quite a good performance... actually some pretty decent talent on that stage.

Here's a couple numbers that I can't seem to shake:
(Check that 80's clothing...)

Kind of hard to believe that those ABBA members are now into their 70's... :( :einstein: :cane:
